Moving Toward Easter

As we move through the Christian Season of Lent, our theme this year is “Crisis of the Heart,” and we continue to consider the ways we experience and heal from the heartaches, heartbreaks, and heart troubles all around us.

 

As Easter draws closer, Jesus moves toward Jerusalem and the cross.

 

On Palm Sunday, April 14, you are invited to bring palm branches—BIG and small—to

help us welcome Jesus.

 

On Maundy Thursday, April 18, we will have a moving service featuring communion and the last words of Christ presented by the church Elders.

 

On Easter Sunday, April 21, we will have an Easter Breakfast Potluck beginning at 8:30, followed by an egg hunt and activities for both kids and adults, and Easter worship at 10:30.
